Designers at Giuliani Associates study under licensed architects or engineers and work alongside a team of professionals to bring owners a high return on their investment. Giuliani Associates provides an opportunity for interns to get out in the field and take part in progress meetings with other designers, contractors and owners.
Executes and coordinates projects, and may oversee a large staff of architects and technicians. Licensed architect with major project responsibility. Plans and develops projects of medium to large scope and works under minimal supervision. Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. Plans and develops architectural projects concerning unique and/or controversial complexities that significantly impact major company programs. Involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope, selection of items for investigation, and development of novel concepts and methods. Experience in Design/Build and Design/Bid/Build is required.
Knowledge in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of IBC and ADA are required. 6 Years of experience in the production of projects and the ability to sign contract documents are required.
