This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills. Position represents the firm and will make presentations to clients and others as necessary. Membership and activity in local and national organizations is required. Experience in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office is a requirement. Knowledge of IBC, NFPA, and ADA among other standards are required. 8 Years of experience in the production of projects and the ability to sign contract documents are required.
This position is responsible for coordinating all project efforts in order to ensure effective execution, prepares strategic plans, and serves as primary client liaison. PMs estimate scope of work; manage the most complex projects of the largest magnitude; bring projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
