Mark Giuliani, AIA

Mark Giuliani embarked on his professional journey in 1986, joining Giuliani Associates upon earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wheeling Jesuit University. His dedication to excellence led him to further his education, obtaining a Master of Architecture from the School of Architecture and Planning at the Catholic University of America.

Under Mark’s leadership, Giuliani Associates has flourished, contributing to design/build projects totaling nearly two billion dollars. Collaborating closely with his father, Joseph C. Giuliani, FAIA, Mark spearheaded the evolution of Giuliani Associates from an aviation-centric firm to one that provides diverse services across multiple industries. Mark and his adept team cater to the needs of owners, developers, and investors, offering a spectrum of services ranging from program development to facility management.

Beyond his role at Giuliani Associates, Mark serves as the President of DataTech Digital, a marketing and media enterprise known for operating The Talk of Delmarva – WGMD 92.7 & 98.5 in Rehoboth Beach and Seaford, DE. Through DataTech Digital, Mark facilitates the growth of local businesses by enhancing their brand presence.

Mark’s commitment extends beyond the boardroom as he actively engages with the community. He holds the distinction of being a Fellow of the Asset Leadership Network and has previously served as the Chair of the Advisory Board of the School of Architecture and Planning at the Catholic University of America.
