While at JMT, Principal-in-Charge/Project Manager. Mr. Kelleher oversaw the MEP and Structural Engineering services in support jetBlue renovation of a baggage area in Terminal C at BOS. Due to the ticketing hall renovation by jetBlue, the TSA relocated Terminal C’s CBIS. The vacated space was then renovated by jetBlue and the outbound baggage sort system was expanded into the vacated space. JMT provided design for the relocation and introduction of MEP systems to support the new conveyor equipment as well as structural details for new overhead doors and suspension of the conveyor equipment from the roof structure; and designed a vehicle
exhaust system for the space that tied into the Airports BMS. Mr. Kelleher’s responsibilities was to do the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design/permit drawings and provide construction support services. Mr. Kelleher served as PIC for the administrative tasks associated with this project as well as project manager in coordinating all the disciplines. Mr. Kelleher represented JMT at all project’s technical meetings with MassPort and jetBlue and was JMT on-site representative during the project. GIULIANI ASSOCIATES was not involved in this project.
