John Kelleher

After graduating from Penn State and spending a year in construction, Mr. Kelleher joined Giuliani Associates in 1974.  Mr. Kelleher has participated in the planning, design, and construction administration of virtually every aviation-related building type from small operations facilities within existing buildings to large hangar complexes.  He has been an architect on design teams involved in over half a billion dollars in construction in the past 10 years alone.  He has collaborated with oversight groups to ensure that projects are consistent with established standards and criteria.  Mr. Kelleher is a creative problem solver that understands that time is money.  He provides solutions to owners and contractors in the field to keep the job moving without sacrificing quality.
